Once you confirm your order, we source directly from our network of trusted Yemeni farmers. Freshness and traceability guaranteed.
Every batch undergoes rigorous quality inspection — moisture content, screen size, defect count, and cup quality testing before packaging.
We handle all export paperwork — certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, packing list, commercial invoice, and customs clearance.
Your shipment is dispatched via sea freight (FCL/LCL) or air freight depending on quantity and urgency. We track until arrival.

Our MOQ starts at 100kg for most products. For specialty items like Sidr honey and saffron, the MOQ starts at 25kg. Contact us for custom arrangements.
Sea freight to the USA takes 25-35 days. Air freight takes 5-7 days. Europe via sea takes 20-28 days. Exact timelines depend on the port and shipping line.
We currently provide phytosanitary certificates and certificate of origin. We are in the process of obtaining organic and FDA certifications — expected 2025.
Yes. We offer custom packaging, private label, and OEM services for wholesale orders. Share your requirements and we'll provide a quote.
We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C (letter of credit) for large orders, and Western Union for smaller orders. Payment terms are negotiated per order.
Absolutely. We strongly encourage sample orders before committing to bulk. Sample costs are credited against your first bulk order.
